Is there any way to open a file from local path.?

Hi everyone,

I need to open a file from local directory, i placed a field in setup screen and i gave the path in that field, when i select the action button the path which was given in field needs to be open with the file.

Hi, gdrenteria is right, if you are on the SaaS version, unfortunately you cannot access the local folder unless you upload it manually.

In addition to using Azure, I personally recommend using Power Automate, which generally does not add additional costs.

Hi

Are you using BC SAAS?
If the answer is yes, you cannot expressly specify a local or server folder. You should think about other options.
