When creating an New Item in Company A it automatically have to create the same Item in Company B.

If Yes, could you please suggest the steps.

Thanks for your reply.

But, In item card i created a new Button and added peace of code with CHANGE COMPANY. I got stuck on validation with company A and Company B.

Company A created item should validate in Company B, if not in Company B it will transfer the data and create an item in company B
