How do you use or work with newsletter

Dear all,

We have tried different approach for building newsletter and sending them to cutomer. First one was to build a design directly in InDesign and then attached PDF to the email. But too long to do and require someone who knows InDesign.

NExt we have tried traditional email through CRM but was not so attractive as you can do only text and generating html content was needing us to build a worddocument and send email from there.

We have also looked at online newsletter service but those require to get customer records in 2 different places.

We would like to keepit from our CRM directly but we do not know how.

How do you do from yourside ?

    Email templates available out of the box are test only.

    this is exactly what I d not want to do. Going through word and mail merge for building a newsletter is honestly a nightmare for us.

    We would prefer to simply be able to send news leter from email template directly form CRM, not from word

    could not find a cheap solution for now
