Arabic Language pack not found for CRM 2016 on-premise

Hello, 

I am trying to find the Arabic Language pack 2016. I checked the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50371

This link only has English language pack. I am not sure why there are no other language installers available.

How can I get language pack for other languages?
