Dear all,

I would like to send 1 report ID (Sales Invoice) to several récipients (at least 5 different emails adresses). No problem for that, i add as many lines as i have deferents emails.

Howerver, when i select Email Body Layout Description, the body of the email (description) is only sent to the first recepient of my list where "Use for Email Body" is ticked by default. The other ones do not received email body :

Mail received to the first email with the option ticked is this one (correct)

the second mail which does not contain any email body

    hi

the only way to solve it as you would like is to develop a customisation
maybe imagine creating a table linked to document Layout 1 -> N where you can insert a certain number of mails (1 record -> 1 mail) and then act on this event in the Document Mailing codeunit:

so, it is a great news for me ! But, did you add differrent lines with different email addresses ? not all you email addresses are in the same lines ? because if mails are stocked on the sames field "Send To Email" it works for me also. Pb : we need to add 5 to 10 different emails and in a field we are restraint to 70 caracters, so around 2, 3 emails addresses unfortunatly

    Scenario 1

    Scenario 2

But in case of emails are in a separate field/lines, this not works

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Your document layout related to order confirmation (1305) while your test relates to a Statement which is a different report.

    Thank you.

Thanks Kim for your help. Those setups have been already done but not work. Any other idea ?

Two things to try.... 1) put both email addresses on the same line or 2) populate the email body in the document layout
