i have a problem with product quote. i describe with an example.

CRM Users: Administrator, John, Paul.

If i add a product to a quote associated to a customer that is associated to John it's work without problem.

If i add a product to a quote associated to a customer that is associated to Paul it doesn't work.

John an Paul have the same security role.

I'm logged as administrator.

The error is:

You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation.

    Lexter,

    Who is the owner of the Quote?

    Please check the Append To permission of the Product entity (should be Organization) and the Quote (should be granted not to User, if John and Paul are in the Same BU, should be minimum to Business Unit- level), and also even though seem not required, please check Append To in Customer (Account/Contact) entity.

    Other alternative if possible please donwload the Log File, if not then you need to enable trace or check your Event Viewer. If you are using CRM On Premise.

    The problem was that the permission for the entity quote was set to user!
