Hi,
my Portal user is logged in and looking at a record on an Entity Form.
Now he shall start a Web Form session to further work on this record.
Is it possible to start a Web Form session from that Entity Form?
That session shall be associated to that same record ID as from the Entity Form.

yes, you can simply add a button/link through JavaScript in your Form
and this will redirect the user to your Web Form page, passing the current record id
your Web Form Step must be set to Edit
if you want you can also set the Step through the query string
