Signature Capture Second Window Blank

Hi, everyone. I set up a Topaz signature capture pad and it seems to work but when you call it it displays the signature and then comes up with a second window that is blank. The signature doesn't print on the receipt either then. (I downloaded the MS receipt with the signature).

Anyone?
