If you look at Sales & Receivables Setup or Purchases & Payables Setup, you will see the field to turn on automatic archive on deletion. You can use that as per standard.

In terms of AL, you normally do TransferFields between table.

I need to archive the ones in custom header and lines not the native BC Screens. Is it possible and how can I do it? Does it require AL ?

If it's a custom table, then you need to do development in AL.

Create an archive table, on delete trigger, just do TransferFields from the the current table to the archive table.
