hi experts,

I'm trying to import a solution in a different environment. But when it comes to import it shows me the following error:

I already tried adding the entity template email, but it still does not work. Any answer would be very useful. regards

    Hello,

Export the log and open it with Excel. This log will contain what went wrong during import.

    Good luck.

    Hello,

the window that the solution imports has no option to download the error log in excel

Can you translate everything that is written in header?

    Also what's translation for "Atras"?

Error in the import of the solution. The following components are not found in the system and are not included in the solution. Import or create all the components that fail and try to import this solution again.

"Back", only takes the part where the zip is attached to import the solution.

Then I highly recommend to follow what dialog says and include mentioned dependencies into solution in the source system, export it and try to import update version of solution.

    Hello,

I already did it, I added the dependencies in the solution, I added the entity "email template" but it still does not work. I also added "the necessary components"

those are dependent components, you have to include it in to solution, so import to different environment will work.

If there are any managed components or 3rd party components, then you need to install managed solution into target environment or need to remove dependent components from source env. solution.

Hi, The only way to know which entity requests the system is in the error. the error says that you can not find the email templates I already added the entity "email template" but I do not know why it keeps asking, that is, it does not work

I believe your solution has dependency not on the entity but on the records. Inside your solution there is "Templates" section - add all the email templates referenced inside your solution.

    Good luck.
