I have Microsoft Retail Management P.O.S. 2.0.2022 software installed at my business, and am looking for a company to pick up our support service contract for this product. I have been with a service company for about 8 years. They basically can't help me with problems and continually don't answer questions until days later, sometimes weeks. Does anyone out there know of a company that can log-in {they used logmein} to my system and take care of errors, and the major things that happen. Some of the small thing I can take care of myself, but won't or can't get into the Administator part of this.
PS...we are on the East Coast, if that makes any difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
