Fixed Asset: Calculate Depreciation by month

Hello everyone.

Please help me as I am new with Fixed Assets. I am trying to do for example 1 year calculate depreciation and I want to show the depreciation by month from Jan-Dec but in ledger it shows one year not by month. Thank you in advance for helping.

If you calculate and post 1 year, you will get one fixed asset ledger entry for a year's worth of depreciation. If you want to see monthly depreciation amounts, you must calculate and post for each month.

As this point you can reverse or cancel the journal that you posted and then do each month separately to get your desired results.
