PowerBi Report Question? Report Structure for Revenue in Pipeline Phase

I am curious on how to get this top row of my graph in PowerBi to reflect the number on the outside to the right or in the center of the bar? 
 
Right now it is not showing anything and regardless of how far I expand it - it never shows.

    Hi,
     
    The issue with this visual is likely that the data label is present but hidden due to one of the following reasons: overlap, size constraints, or being placed outside the visual bounds.
    To resolve this, try the following settings to ensure the data label is visible:
    1. Toggle “Overflow Text” to On
      This allows the label to display even if it extends beyond the chart area.
    1. Set the data label position to:
      • "Inside End"
      • "Inside Center"
      • "Inside Base"
        These positions help ensure that the label remains visible within the bar, even when the bar size or layout changes.
