Hello,
I'd like to ask something regarding this issue where some user are unable to do anything after opening Purchase Order Menu
Even clicking back arrow not working.

What have I tried
- Delete user personalization
- Clear Browser Cache/Cookies
- Recreate user
- Change User Permission as Super
- Enable disable javascript

It's still not working, and Im at lost how to solve the issue.
When I login using another user, it's working fine.
Is there any suggestion regarding this issue?

Nothing happened when clicking button

Upgraded BC Version solved the issue

Hello,

For that user, clear user personalization. That would be first suggestion, alternatively raise a support request with Microsoft for further assistance via your CSP or partner.
