The Manufacturing Pick document is in use from Manufacturing Component Transaction Entry

I am trying to open a manufacturing pick document from the Manufacturing Component Transaction Entry screen. Upon entering the Pick number it gives the message "The manufacturing pick document is in use." There are no users accessing this document.

How do I clear this?

It sounds like you may have a corrupted Pick Document.

I would use SQL (trace) to determine cause and fix record(s).

Tim, I was mistaken. There was a record. I deleted it.

Now when I try to open the pick document, I get the following error.

Unhandled script exception:

Division by zero, script aborted.

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO

Transactions >> Manufacturing >> Manufacturing Orders >> Pick Document Security

Make sure no one is using the Document. Select the locked record and click the Delete button.
