Hi Community,

May I know how come when I create a user in Navision, the user setup was not created automatically and I have to create separately in Navision 2018?

I notice that when user wants to use the service order, she was not able to use and I have to create the User setup before she can use.

Please advise.

Hi, If you mean User Setup, as far as I know when creating a new environment, this is empty and will not be added automatically.
Add it manually when needed, such as when you need to use functions such as Workflow and Timesheet.
