BC V18 license compatibility with BC 14 database

Hi

I have a Business central V14 database , Can I load the BC 18 Licensee and use it? 

Is there any version compatibility  issue with newer license key .

    In a production environment i will recommend that you get a correct versioned license from your partner.

    If it is for demo or dev purpose you can just try to upload the license and see if it works. I have not tested myself but it might work.

    If it does not work try to contact your partner.
