We need to set security so that users can only entry Bank Transactions - Receipts and Transactions. They don't need to be able to select Void Transaction or void receipt in the option drop down. How can we limit this with security. Am not seeing a way to set with GP security or field level security. Thanks in advance.

For this, you can create a simple customization with VBA, Visual Studio Tools, or even GP Power Tools (by Winthrop Development Consultants, www.winthropdc.com).
The overall approach would be to create a security task, say BNK_TRX_ENTRY (no need to set a security operation for it) and assign to the security role for each user you would want to have access only to the Transactions and Receipts options. Your VBA, Visual Studio Tools or GP Power Tools code will then check to see if the currently logged in user has that security task assigned and if so, it would block access to the Void Transaction and Void Receipts options. In leveraging the security task and security role model, you are do not have to hardcode users in your code to determine who has access to what.
