Hello - I'm getting the error message in the subject line when I try to import processes into 1 system from another system.

I am the owner of these process in the source system, and I deactivated these processes before exporting/importing the solution.

I try to import this process solution as myself in the new system and I get this message.  FYI, not sure if my user guid matches between systems, but not sure if that makes a difference?

What are the minimum requirements for this?  I know the following will work:

    * set yourself as owner for all processes in source and target systems before import

    * deactivate all processes in source and target systems before import

Is there a recommended practice for this, or do you simply follow the steps above to get the job done?

    Hello Andrew,

Please refer the following links :-

Also for a workaround for this, using a dedicated User to own and deploy workflows in CRM is the best supported way to achieve this.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank You.

Isnt is possible to import the solution WITHOUT activating the processes (its a checkbot at the import solution dialog)
