Just working with the new MS Word document templates which are great! , but a user can can not run the document template I created. Their security role has permission under the template and I have given them organizational level access on the "Document Template" line of the Business Management tab on their security role. They are in a different child business unit. They can see the template and run it but then a window comes up saying they do not have permission.
Am I missing some settings under their security role or might it be an issue of business units? I thought there used to be a way to just share a template with a user or business unit but don't see that setting.
Thanks!

Thanks Sean, Yes I finally found it.
Did you read through this suggestion from above? This fixed it for me:

Check the 'Additional Consideration' section in the following article:
www.microsoft.com/.../using-word-templates-in-dynamics-365.aspx
if the users have rights on 'Document Template', you will not have to share it; they can automatically see it
If you have created a personal document template, there might be a need of shering it.
Dear Prashant,
Thank you for replying to my email. When I go to Setting>Templates>Document Template, I see a list of System Templates and the template I created. What I don't see I can make the Word template a System template. Also, I looked at Security Roles>Business Management but I don't see where I can share the template with other users. There is no option for that.
Hi Janet,
There are two types of Document Template in the system:
System wide Document Templates
personal Document Templates
I guess, you have created personal and not system.
You can check that by - go to settings>>templates>>documents template>>open your template and check the form name
Hi Friends,
Please refer the below URL

Just wondering if there has been an answer to this question. My users can't access a template I've created either. I believe I given the proper security setting, yet when the template is run, they get an error that say Insufficient Permissions. I have admin right and have no problem running it.
