Can you please suggest some of the top 3rd party connector for SMS automation?

Hi Bobby, North 52 provides one of many usefull workflows to support this www.north52.com/.../sms

There are many other providers such as www.powerobjects.com/.../powersms

Its also a feature included in the Dynamics Marketing Product as well as Clickdimensions, but they are more of a complete marketing suite

iv normally developed my own as SMS providers usually provide an API which you can send requests using a Workflow Activity Plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LwZLoXS6jo

Thank you so much for your suggestions Raz.

North52 doesn't seem to offer any interaction with the SMS replies. Basically this is the reason I'm looking to change my current addon/plugin. I have emailed them to ask for more info about tracking SMS replies.

PowerSMS unfortunately is not going to work for me as they don't work with our current service provider.

Normally the customer would already have a SMS server or solution that is currently being used - From there i would suggest using their API to connect.

Hi Bobby,

Usually our project we use local providers, cooperation with them then use web service or API to connect with them.

The third party connector you can use also, since you are in UK, have you tried this?
