GP 2015 Web Client User Preference Issue

Has anyone experienced an issue with updating user preferences in the GP Web Client?  We have a client who is only using they web client.  They have updated their user preferences to use the enter key instead of the tab key to move through a screen for data entry (for example, the AP Transaction entry window).  They have saved this change.  However it seems that the web client only allows the use of the tab key to move through a screen.  Is this a bug, or is how the web client functions?

    Hi abessen,

    I am not sure if this is a design or not, but when using GP it is generally better to use the Tab key to move through the fields. Otherwise, you can enter out of a screen. This has always been the design in the desktop versions. I would suggest they go back to using Tab. It does not take much to get used to it.

    Thanks.  The option does exist in user preferences and works in the desktop version, so I'd like to know if this is a bug or by design as we do have some users who prefer to use the enter key.

    Does anyone have an answer to this?  We have a few users running the web client and they are used to using the enter key to navigate on the page.  They don't understand (and neither do I) why there is an option to use the enter key for navigation if the setting is ignored.
