    Hi Nadeem,

We need to remove these entities from the Navigation list of the Opportunity form.

Go to Settings > CustomizationsCustomize the System, then expand Entities > Opportunity > Forms, open the Opportunity main form.

Click the Navigation button in the command bar. The list on the left will be enabled. Find the entities you want to remove, click them and then click the Remove button in the command bar. Save and publish.

    Hi Nadeem,

We need to go to 1:N relationship of Opportunity and enter these relationship settings of the these custom entities, then select the Display Option of Navigation Pane Item for Primary Entity as Do not display.

In this case, these corresponding entities will not appear in the Navigation list and Related tab of the Opportunity form.

    Hi,

I will suggest you second approach where you can edit relationship mapping and select do not display, removing from the form can be issue if you want to show them again.

    Thanks!

    Hi to all,

I have encountered a similar problem and was able to solve it to 99% thanks to your great advice.

However, I struggle with the last entry in my account entity (which is called "Institutions"):

    • In the "Related" (= "Verknüpft" in German) Tab, there is an entry called "Institutionen".
      pastedimage1614347868817v2.png
    • If you click this in the related tab, then "Institutionen" shows just an empty associated grid.
    • In the form's navigation bar however, there is no "Institutionen" in the panel:
      pastedimage1614348133697v3.png

    • The corresponding associated view for "Institutionen" is empty:

      pastedimage1614348487886v4.png

So the question is: Why does it show up anyway?

You should know that there is a self-referential relationship between account and account (or "Institution" to "Institution"). This relationship shows accounts that are related in some way to each other, which is also displayed in the Tab "Verbunden über". I first thought that this relation is displayed by this "Institutionen"-entry in the related tab. However: "Verbunden über" contains data, but the asociated view for "Institutionen" is - as show above - empty.

    Hi Florian,

Please check whether the form you edited is the same as the form you are using.
