    Please check the product receipt transaction and invoice booking transaction for this particular line no.20. Seams some cancellations/reversals were done after initial posting.

    Can you check how the product receipt matching was done for this invoice? In case during the matching, the receipts were wrongly matched (receipt from 19-09-24 was not unticked), the application might think that the invoice of 1500 was matching with a receipt of 2500 (at that time both open receipts).

    Can you please guide how we can  unmatch the 1000 quantity , so that we can  invoice 1000 quantity from packing slip 15752. 
     
    Also , In Actual for the invoice 35-5104-054 it was only 1500 quantity , so how to reverse [ or unmatch ]1000 quantity for this invoice . Kindly Guide please.

    Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no feature for unmatching invoice posted quantities.
