Hi guys,

I have managed to install CRM Outlook client with Office 2016 and CRM 2015 on prem, however am having an issue with email templates.

When I select "insert email template" and then "more email templates" nothing loads (i.e. the list of email templates does not load for me to select from). Has anyone else experienced this error?

Something else that I have noticed is that my organisation does not start with capitals in the sidebar - not that this is of any consequence.

Hi LukeHendo,

What is the version of your CRM server and your CRM Client that you have installed?

Did you have this issue on Office 2013?
