Generate Dynamics GP Users List

Hi!

I need to generate a report for all users in Dynamics GP. I need to display USERID, USERNAME, COMPANY NAME, ACCOUNTING FUNCTION, POSITION and DATE HIRED columns.

Can someone please help me on how to get those data?

    Also, if you own eOne's SmartList builder, you can grab a set a of reports to import into SmartList here from a fellow GP blogger :

    waqasb.blogspot.ca/.../dynamics-gp-security-smart-lists.html

    This will allow you to generate quickly some reports in GP without relying on SQL views / queries, if you don't have access to those tools.

    Can you please elaborate about the "ACCOUNTING FUNCTION" ?

    The information you're looking for will come from different sources in GP... not just security, but also your HR module.

    User security  : DYNAMICS..SY01400 & SY10500
    Company setup : SY01500
    HR master table : UPR00100

    Unfortunately there is no way for you to easily link the SY01400 and UPR00100 tables prior GP2013, when Microsoft introduced the Web Client and created a new field in the Employee Maintenance Card to enter the GP User ID... so you'll have rely solely on the First Name + Last Name combination to try to match the data.
