Remittance Advice not showing payment date

When we produce remittance advice from a payment it creates a PDF that is send in an email. For some reason the payment date is not shown. Is there a way to alter the template used to produce this PDF to include that?

Thanks for the suggestion. i have tried this but now find that the remittance advice will not work at all!!

I created a word layout for thie report 400 (would not let me for 399) then i uploaded a word file for the email. i now get this error message -

The Remittance Advice - Entries report does not have a DataItem that uses the table (Table 81 Gen. Journal Line) specified in the function SetTableView.

Report 399 or 400 should be the correct ones. currently You are using RDLC layout, and it could be that these don't have a prepared Word layout.
To know for sure - try to Change RDLC to Word for one of them and try to Print - You should be quickly able to understand which of those 2 reports is the one You need.

Then Press on Custom Layouts, create a New one and insert Word layout. Then Export the Layout - adjust it as You need (for this You might need to google regarding Custom Word Layouts - some initial info is here: Create and Modify Custom Layouts for Reports and Documents | Microsoft Docs - OnlineHelp (to-increase.com)

You are viewing the wrong details. When you click on generate vendor remittance at the time you view this table and check the ID which is showing under table option.

Alternatively you can check on the vendor card if any remittance advice tagged on that. Please see below images:

these are the only 2 reports that have the word remittance in them!

As you mentioned earlier, the report ID is 2487, but we couldn't find this report ID in any of the Business Central Localizations. Could you please double-check the report ID.

To display the payment date in your report you';; need some customization. you need to modify the report layout and data item, as well as the main data set in your report

Try searching by name, might be You are mixing the ID with Page ID.

thanks for the fast reply. I've looked at this, it shows the report id as 2487, however in the Report Layout Selection this report number does not appear!

Hi,

You can export the remittance report from Report Layout Selection and then you can modify the report as per your requirement.

I believe there are some additional fields are there in the report which is hide, and you can add them to make visible, or can add new fields by taking the help of Developer.
