Hey All,

I am using MS CRM 2013 on- premise, I am getting 'access is denied' message when i navigate from help to sales and then sales to setting and to help .

Kindly help me

Hey,

Do you have a specific security role or the administrator one ?

It happens sometimes when you use custo security role.

Hey Julien,

This is Abhinav , that error was also coming when I had use MS CRM with system admin role.

This error is also coming on Out of Box Ms Crm Organization. So, I have thinking that this is Some Microsoft issue.

Kindly Help me !!

Can you check in your Event Viewer, what is the error message?

Have you tried to restart the server
