Automatically create entity

I have a phone Call Activity and would like to create Project entity (custom) based on information from the Phonecall Activity, but i also want to automatically open the New entity so that I can edit it if needed. Any suggestions?

Hi

Please try to create a custom button on the activity and while clicking on the button you can create new entity and open the newly created record.

Or

You can try to create a plugin on create message of phone activity and create the new custom entity. But you will not be able to open the newly created record automatically.
