Comparison customer per Year / Quarter

ReportReport
Posted on by

Hi guys,

I have a field "ABC" on account, where the sales rep can fill in, whether the account is an A, B, or C customer.

We want to have a report showing who are the A customer of current year, last year, this quarter, last quarter.

What is the best way to achieve this, without that I have to create a new entity to record the ABC Status of the current year?

    Hi Donny,

You can do this using Option set

set option set values as A,B and C

Create the report using the wizard, then you'll need to download the report and edit it using Visual Studio.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Hi Rajkumar,

I think you didn't understand my question correctly.

I need a report which shows me a list of A customer from this year in comparison to A customer of last year, and also from this quarter and alst quarter.
