How do you share forms pro with those outside your organization in Customer Engagement?

How do you share form server pro to allow people outside your organization to use the forms you create?

I know how to do this in Office365 but Dynamics Customer Engagement is different. Is there a setting in Dynamics to allow outsiders?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same question (0)

One way to do this would be use the portal app.  It used the CDS forms and allows you do display them to users without the users have a D365 license.

You said "One" way...is there another way? Is Portal app. Can the forms in Customer Engagement be made available in the Office 365 Forms Pro?

Also, Adam thanks for the replies. I thought having forms pro with Office365 was enough for these other apps but I guess it isn't.

    Hello George,

Please check if this link helps you out: docs.microsoft.com/.../what-is-b2b

This feature will help you to securely share your applications with guest users from another organization.

You can share Dynamics 365 (model-drive app) with the guest user. You will need to assign the licence if they do not have a proper licence in their organisation.

So if they are using Dynamics then they'll be be able to access the form. The licenses isn't org dependent...meaning they have to have a license from my org...on a dynamics license, right?

According to the licensing FAQ, you can either assign the guest users with a Dynamics licence from your org OR you may not have to if the guest users have the same dynamics licence in their home tenant.

The guest user must have a Power Apps license assigned through one of the following tenants:

    • The tenant hosting the app being shared
    • The home tenant of the guest user

It is for Power Apps licence but it should work the same for Dynamics 365 too, but don't take my word for it. It is the best to double-check with the licensing expert.
