Automatic reservation - transfer order - not working as intended

We are using automatic reservation on sales orders, working perfectly. Now we want to enable automatic reservation for transfer orders. 

I have enabled "Reserve ordered items" in Inventory and warehouse management parameters/general. 

On warehouse management parameters/ transfer order. "Reserve items automatically" is enabled.

So to the fun stuff.

When I manually create a transfer order, the items gets reserved as intended, both header setup and line detail setup have automatic reservation enabled and the checkbox next to each line on the order, the check mark for "reserve items automatically is checked out.

However, when transfer orders are converted manually, or as a batch job from the order confirmation table, the header/setup stays on automatic reservation, but on line level/setup, the check box "reserve items automatically " stays on no. And the the checkbox on each line have no mark for "reserve items automatically".

How can I have the checkbox on line details/setup to check for yes on "reserve items automatically"?.

Anybody have some idea of why the lines setup on the transfer order is not following the header? 

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Kenneth,

    I have never seen this issue.  Your parameters are by-the-book.   If you have access to a Contoso environment, test it there and you'll see.

    When you talk about order confirmation table you are referring to planned orders and the firming process, correct?  

    Do you have any customisation that would affect reservation or tranfer orders?

    I understand from your answer that i need to check if we´ve had some customisation regarding transfers orders.

    Maybe our system for transfer orders is custom made.

    I will investigate furder.
