Hi

Anyone know if I can have a text field print on the RM Statement Blank form based on the final total.  It seems I should be able to but it doesn't seem to want to do it.

This is the calculated field I tried and I also tried with the field RF SUM Balance Due:

Any ideas on this one?

Cheers

Heather

The above calculated field calculation is correct. Is this working or not?

After you made a change on the report, you need to give writes to this report to user in Alternate/Modified windows and reports window.

    Hope this helps!!!

Thanks Soma - it is already modified so all users have access to the modified forms.  The field just comes up blank - and yes, the statement balance is in credit.

Sorted now so will post the solution for others who may be trying something similar.

Double click the field and change the display type to Data - it defaulted to Last Occurrence which is generally what you have for fields in the Report Footer.
