Dynamics GP Field Service Module

My company is very interested in installing and implementing the GP Field Service Module.  We are a fire, sprinkler and security company that provides test & inspect services and maintenance services.  However, I cannot find any detailed information or help that would answer some of my questions regarding the installation and configuration of this module.

Has anyone implemented this module?  Does anyone have any documentation that provides guidance?

Also, is anyone using this module?  Is it any good?

    How to make the substitution of a team?

    I have a customer who needs to replace equipment, from the equipment maintenance window. But the substitution is not achieved because it gives the following message:

    "The equipment is on service call 0000001871. Now substitution is not allowed."

    Could you help indicating how to achieve the replacement of a team?
