Dynamics 365 for Marketing - Marketing E-Mail - Option Set Field

Hi Community,

We use Dynamics 365 for Marketing and we have experienced following issue:

We have created a new Marketing E-Mail with one place holder (the source is an Option Set field). Wenn I send this E-Mail, then the place holder is replaced with the ID of the item from the Option Set and not with the Value as expected, e.g.:

Instead of "Dear Mr. Abc" I see "Dear 1 Abc"

In the Option set I have:

ID: 1

Value: Mr.

Is it a bug or do I configure the place holder in a incorerct way?

Hi Maris,

try to make some changes at values of option set and Publish all customizations. If you have different base language and UI language, check translations for this option set (check entity translations or global option sets too).

Just received reply from Microsoft: this is a bug, it will be solved shortly.
