Hi!
I have enabled a duplicate detection rule for contacts entity in order to avoid duplicate contacts.
When we try to save duplicate contact a "Duplicate Detected" popup window opens up with the list of the existing contacts along with Save & Cancel buttons in it.i need to disable the save button.I customized the page 'viewduplicate.aspx' to do the same.
It works fine when we create duplicate contact from CRM page, but fails when we try to create new contact from Outlook using "Track in CRM' Option.Here, i am not able to access button controls that are being rendered on the page.
One more point, even though when user clicks on cancel btn while creating contacts through Outlook(Track in CRM) the contact is created in Outlook contacts.
Please let me know if any one has faced the same and the resolution for the same.
