Hi,
 
Whenever i try to cancel/correct a purchase and sales invoice, below error appears. Please help

    Hi, It seems that the VAT Bus. Posting Group and VAT Prod. Posting Group of this line are both empty. You can try adding the following line on the VAT posting Setup page.
    VAT Bus. Posting Group VAT Prod. Posting Group Description Blocked VAT Identifier VAT % VAT Calculation Type Sales VAT Account Purchase VAT Account Reverse Chrg. VAT Acc. VAT Clause Code EU Service Tax Category
        Setup for  /  No   0 Normal VAT         No E

    Thanks for the suggestion but still shows error. Currently this is our set up.

    Hi, according to the error message, you need to add the setting (Purchase Vat Account) below.
    However, I still don’t know why the VAT Bus. Posting Group and VAT Prod. Posting Group in your posted invoice are empty.

    your vat set up seems not correct. you could have a line with vat bus posting group and a empty vat prod posting group. and a line with empty vat bus posting group and a vat prod posting group.
    it doesn't make sense to have both bus and prod empty, which throws off nav.
