1) Is it possible to have one item in more than one sites? If yes then how can I do that?

2) If 1 is possible then: Is it possible to have an to be stock item in one site and non-stock in another site?

1. Yes, an item can be in more than one site. You simply code the siteid in the transaction (Sales Order, IN Adjustment, PO, etc.) to the site where the inventory item to go.

2. You cannot have an InvtID that is a stock item in one siteid, and non-stock in another siteid. It has to be either one or the other, and it set at the Inventory Items screen.

Hi

For the Question#1

It is possible to map the same item in multiple sites. You can map this through Inventory Sites (10.255.00) screen. Also you can select (or) map the inventory ID with another SiteID's though transaction screen like (Issues, Receipts, Adjustments etc)

For the Question#2

You can't use the same Inventory ID as Stock Item in one site and Non - Stock Item in another Site.
