Data Migration from CRM Onpremise to CRM Online

Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to migrate the queue items from Onpremise CRM to Online CRM ,I am using Scribe as a Data Migration tool ,but queue items cannot be migrated through it.

So anybody please let me know how we can migrate the queue items and if there is such possibility??

    Hello Virkam,

    Are you getting any error? Are you able to export as Excel worksheet and then import to Online?

    You should be able to export and import using Scribe, one tool used to export data and import is mscrmtoolkit.codeplex.com

    This document that appear to be official from Microsoft says:

    "Can’t import queue items.

    Queue items can’t be created as part of the data migration."
