You can try to play with DOM , but this will be completely unsupported my friend.

I don't want to play with DOM.
ok if there is no supported way then i believe Microsoft Needs to make it more flexible.
It is not possible to apply css into bpf via supported method unless you want to play with dom. By playing with dom, the css might not work in future update so i personally would advise you, say no to this requirement.
As suggested others. Unfortunetly It's not possible. And will not recommend to go with DOM also, as it might not work in future updates.
