GS1 QR code scanning

Hello, I am looking for inputs on GS1 QR code scanning.
We are getting issues while scanning GS1 QR code labels. Using bar code data policies in D365 for RM picking and Data inquiries.

We have a label printing solution wherein we pass varaiable from D365 to print the labels.
The label printing software prints label with GS1 QR code with correct identifiers for items, BatchID , and Serialnumber.
It does automatically include FNC1/QR code character too.
When I scanned the QR code for the RM picking work, it did work correctly at first, however later WMS app takes the data automatically without even scanning the QR code for subsequent work IDs I tested
Also, data inquiry doesn't work. it does scan the QR code however, it says no record found. (I can see QR code data on scanner Zebra T21/22)
QR code has 01-Itemid (GTIN), 10-BatchId, and 21-InventSerialId in it.

here is an example of how I have configured barcode data policy for Batch

I have the same question (0)

    Good day,

Could you elaborate a bit more regarding "however later WMS app takes the data automatically without even scanning the QR code for subsequent work IDs I tested"?  What do you m ean with "Data automatically"?

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang

    GS1 QR code scanning
Hello Laurens, we have experienced that, the WMS app used the previously scanned attributes (ItemId, BatchId, Serial#) automatically, even without scanning the GS1 QR code.

    GS1 QR code scanning
    Hi

You can read my article which explains the setups. If you can share the QR code value and the mobile device process you are trying to use I can suggest what should be the barcode policy.

GS1 scanning works for all mobile menus. If you wish to parse the GS1 for item, batch and serial number you need to make sure that barcode policy is updated with all 3 in the policy lines.

As an example, if I wish to parse a GS1 barcode and take values for Item, Batch, Qty and expiration data we need to use barcode policy as below.

    GS1 QR code scanning
    Hello
we are using it currently for RM picking and Inquiries.
we use an ISV solution for label printing and QR code generation
It created QR code like this
    0100000345623490102500000020421ABC00000000230
(FNC1 characters are highlighted) D365 does not recognize this data at all.
We are using Zebra T21/T22 devices. and only scanning devices show these special characters.

Hence I tried with the way microsoft given in documents with
    ]C10100000345623490~1025000000204~21ABC00000000230

Manually copied this data in WMS mobile app and it worked from RM picking, however inquiries still fails. and it shows all results.

    Configurations -
