Hello,

Could anyone please let me know from where I can download solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Non-profit organization?

Is the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Non-profit organization a portal or same as a D365 instance?

We would like to implement the below features in the D365 CRM and any other features related to Non-profit organization:

  • Referral Management system
  • Donor tracking system
  • Social Media and document management
  • Media attention
  • Counselor management
  • Email Tracking
  • Marketing
Could you please suggest us the links that we should follow to implement the above features or any other features that Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides for the Non-Profit(NGO) organization?
