g/l account no does not xist in predefined set of accounts for vendor

Hi All, please assist when we convert a quote to an order we get this error. how does the predefined account work?

    Apparently, this g/l account field has been filled in by a batch process or similar, but what it indicates is that the g/l account does not exist.
    Can you verify that it exists?
