Shipify B2B and B2C on one shop

Hi All
We have this scenario where both B2B and B2C customers are in one Shopify store. And this single Shopify store must sync to a single BC company. When retail(B2C) customers sync it use a default customer so individual customer cards in BC not created. B2B originate from BC with unique Customer cards and sync to Shopify company entity. Is this possible or do we need 2 shops?

    Yes, it is possible to sync both B2B and B2C customers from a single Shopify store to a single Business Central (BC) company while maintaining the required structure. You can configure Shopify's integration with Business Central to handle B2C customers using a default customer template, ensuring all retail sales post under a generic customer without creating individual customer cards.

    Meanwhile, B2B customers can be managed by syncing unique customer records from BC to Shopify, ensuring proper entity mapping. However, if there are significant pricing, tax, or business process differences between B2B and B2C transactions, maintaining separate Shopify stores might be more efficient.
