Hello,

The first problem is a customer no and the template is not coming auto-filled in order in case we are not creating customer. These parameters are defined in setup but still these fields are coming empty.

The second issue is Sales Order no and Sales Invoice no fields are not editable and the order is not processing due to this.

If anyone has resolved these problems please share the solution.

    Hello,

    This can happen when the customer does not exist or if any Customer has been identified on the Shopify side.

    Could you please confirm, on the Shopify application, if a Customer was set in the corresponding Order?

    Also, would it be possible to share the setup that you have in Business Central for the Customer Tab in your Shop Card?

    Hello Laeticia,

    Customers are associated with my Shopify orders, my setup is as under. The template is defined, default customer no. is defined but these fields come empty when the order imported in Business Central.
