Unable to Inventory Pick and/or Post Preview for Assembly Orders?

Hello all,

I'm practicing on Assembly Orders. We are only using Inventory Pick/Put-Away/Bin Setup.

When click Create Inventory Pick it says /Nothing to Handle/.. When clicking Create Inventory Movement/Pick it says /Nothing to Create/.

I entered the items into the Item Tracking Lines already, selected Lots, etc.

Also when pressing Post Preview it says this: /The General Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: Gen. Bus. Posting Group='',Gen. Prod. Posting Group='WHOLESALE'/ when I already I have purchased items successfully.

**edit**

Items are available.

Please help, thanks!

Can you show a screenshot of the location card? And do you have the items available in inventory to be picked/moved?

You're missing the setup for consuming items and for the assembly output. This is unrelated to purchasing them. In the General Posting Setup Page you need to create a new row where the Gen. Bus. Posting Group is empty and the Gen. Prod. Posting Group is WHOLESALE. For this row select an G/L Account in the Inventory Adjustment Account field. When you consume items the system will Debit the Inventory Adjustment Account setup in the General Posting Setup Page and Credit the Inventory Account setup in the Inventory Posting Setup. It will do the opposite entry for the assembly output.
