How to start with Employee Self Service , as Field Service and Project Service are available as solutions in office 365 and can be incorporated within CRM online 2016.

How to start with ESS?

    You have to install it first, get a license and install.

    Then Create the Azure Site for this by using your O365 Admin panel.

    Then start configuring it.

    Hello Megha,

    Microsoft Dynamics Employee Self-Service (ESS): Self-Service solution via CRM Portal requires separate CRM Online Portal Add-On, and at least one CRM Online Professional to set up and manage service. ESS users are not licensed for CRM Online user interface; access is only allowed via Portal or other Application.
