Hello,

Is anyone able to help us please on the following related queries -

Does requisition worksheet take into account demand / requirements on blanket orders? In the item cards you can only see demand from sales orders, however when running the requisition worksheet we are getting more lines appear and can only put this down to there being demand on a blanket order?
When in the blanket order screen, is there a way you can search to filter by item. For example, we would like to be able to search in blanket order screen to find all orders that contain a certain product, without having to individually open the numerous different orders.

As always, any help is always gratefully received.

Hi,

requisition worksheet takes into account quantity on blanket sales order. There is no screen which will show you all items on all blanket sales orders but what you can do it is open underlying table and then filter table by type=item, item number = item number which you are looking and document type = blanket order

This is great to know re the requisition. The screenshot also sounds perfect for what we need. Please can you let me know how we get to the sales line though. I have opened up the blanket order screen and can filter by document type but then do not have the next two options of Type & Item. I think i must need to get to 'Sales Line' from a different screen.

Hi,

navigate to your Blanket Sales Order, click on keyboard ctrl+alt+f1 the Page inspector will open. Then select field in lines and in the Page inspector you should see Sales Line (37) in Table field. Now click on View table action.

Thank you so much! This worked really well.

Is there a way you can save the filter, or for 'Sales Line' to appear when you use the magnifier. Or do you have to do the Ctrl+Alt+F1 each time you wish to carry out this function?

Hi,

as that is a table filter you are not able to save this filter. What you can do, or your partner is to develop extension which will be the list page and show all the blanket order lines.

Good Morning!

Please can you let me know if the Page Inspection function is locked down within permissions. I have the profile of business Manager which allows me to use this function however a colleague with fewer permissions only gets the page and table without the list of tables as is shown above. If it is permissions related are you aware of where we need to change them to allow staff to use the function.
