    Hi Crampy_DD,

If you want to show the button in the grid though the relationship is N:N, you need customize the button through ribbon workbench.

    1.Download the tool-- Ribbon Workbench:

Develop 1 Ltd | Ribbon Workbench for Dynamics 365 & Dynamics CRM

There is one display rule named Mscrm.ShowForOneToManyGrids in the +Add new button, which controls the display of this button only for the 1:N relationship display.

    Hi Crampy_DD,

Based on your screenshot, you are in the form of one entity, and show related records in the navigation of this form.

You need to check the relationship between AzureAD and the entity used for the current form.

In the form navigation pane, you can add links to related entities. When a user clicks one of these links in a record, the associated view for the entity is displayed.

    • Available Relationships. Lists all the entities that can be related to the entity the form is associated with.

    • 1:N Relationships. Lists entities that can be related in a 1:N relationship to the entity the form is associated with.

    • N:N Relationships. Lists entities that can be related in a N:N relationship to the entity the form is associated with.

If the relationship is 1:N, you can view + Create "Entity Name" button, if it is N:N, you can't view the button, which is by-design.
