BC: Business Central 140 CU 20 W1 On Prem (DEV Build: 14.0.46080)
Link Download Package: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Browser: Chrome 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10 x64

Issue:
- Top right field in the Page Card conner goes hidden when on mouse focus (click)

Observation:
- Many Page Card faced issues: Customer, Item, Vendor,...
- Microsoft Edge v44 (Windows 10 Build in) does not faced issues

- But Edge base on Chronium faced issues
- This issue might relevant to HTML, JS, CSS Layout
- Chrome older version v72 does not faced issue
- Not try FireFox yet
- Issue happened to many Control Type (Text Input box, DateTime Picker, Combo box,...)

If this is reproducible in a standard OOB CRONUS environment, can you please create a support ticket?

Do you know if it also happens with v15, v16 or higher and Chrome v88?
